Google has been successful in fixing 23 dangerous bugs on Android but the battle is not yet owned. The Stagefright Vulnerability, which is one of the dangerous bugs in the Android update from Google, is yet to be fixed. The bad news is that the hackers can easily send an e-mail or a multimedia message in order to launch their attack.

The security expert team from Google Chrome had already been credited to detect six dangerous bugs in the mediaserver of Android. There are numerous services in android that rely on mediaserver such as the playback of the music and the videos, the MMS messages etc. The hackers are enabled to send the exploit codes of these dangerous bugs through these services. The hackers can possibly have access to the video and audio streams of the user just by sending a single silent message.

There is yet another critical bug which is present in the "libutils" library. This library is a key component of Android operating system. Libutils is also concerned with the browser playback of media and the MMS. This bug is also capable of accessing the video of the user if launched successfully.

All the partner handset brands which use the Android Operating System have been informed of these bugs last month. Some of the brands like LG and Samsung have taken the initiative of regularly updating their devices in order to protect their handsets from these dangerous bugs. Other brands like Sony and HTC also have upgraded their technology to protect their devices from these bugs, according to sources.
