Produced by Black Smoke Films, the short film was based on Akira Toriyama's "Dragon Ball Z."

The clip starts with a voice over saying, "The world isn't like it's supposed to be. Something happened along the way." The narrator also said that "destiny has changed."

The film features Trunks and is set in the future. It is inspired by the characters in the Dragon Ball saga. It also pays tribute to the iconic universe that Toriyama created.

"The Fall of Men" is directed and written by Yohan Faure. He appeared at the panel of the Comikaze Expo 2015 last October along with the cast and crew of the movie.

Dragon Ball Z fans who were present during the Comikaze were treated to a teaser trailer of the film, according to Screen Invasion.

Now, the European group has finally released the full half-hour film which shows Trunks doing his best to bring back hope against all odds.

As he sets out to make a difference, he remembers the arrival of the great villain Cell and recalls his personal training.

Trunks recalls the loss of his friends and loved ones and uses this as motivation to be the change that the world needs.
