‘Scandal’ Season 5 Episode 9 Spoilers: What Happens On Winter Finale ‘Baby, It’s Cold Outside’—Olivia Takes On First Lady’s Responsibilities

Episode 9 is titled "Baby, It's Cold Outside" and sees what happens when Olivia takes on the responsibilities of the First Lady at the White House. In Episode 8 "Rasputin," Fitz work on striking an important peace deal while Olivia deals with her guest who claims to have powerful information for her. Meanwhile, Cyrus makes a disturbing discovery and tries to take control of the situation.

Moving on to Episode 9 of "Scandal" Season 5. "Baby, it's Cold Outside" happens to be winter finale segment that airs on Nov. 19, 2015. According to the synopsis for the upcoming instalment, published on ABC's official website, Olivia is now in the White House and things are not how she expected them to be.

While she tries to deal with the pressure, Mellie is the source of influence and strength. It is said Olivia is flustered with her new responsibilities of the "First Lady" in the White House.  

Elsewhere, Jake and Huck continue to move forward in their mission. Together, they continue to hunt for Rowan Pope. Will Jake and Huck finally reach Papa Pope on the winter finale?
