New "X-Men: Apocalypse" details will feature Gambit and Wolverine in the film, as well as a new "X-Men" sequel in the works soon.

Director Bryan Singer and the rest of the production cast and crew will be heading back to Montreal, Canada to do several reshoots and extra scenes for "X-Men: Apocalypse". It is speculated that the extra scenes and reshoots will feature Logan/Wolverine (Hugh Jackman) in the film and he will don his classic yellow suit from the comics. The "Pan" star will only have two X-Men related films left namely, "X-Men: Apocalypse and "Wolverine 3" and will officially retire the character for good.

Aside from Wolverine, another X-Men fan favorite, Remy LeBeau/Gambit (Channing Tatum) is rumored to join "X-Men: Apocalypse" and it is likely to be a cameo appearance and comic book fans are curious and excited to know how Tatum can pull-off the character on the big screen, What Culture reported. So far, Fox has not announcement any statement regarding his supposed appearance within the film.

Gambit will star in his on solo film, but as met with different problems in terms of production schedules, script writing and a director to helm the film.

In other news, Singer confirmed that a new X-Men film will be in the works after "X-Men: Apocalypse" and its scheduled to be on 2018, Screenrant reported.

Fox has planned many projects relating to the "X-Men" franchise as a way to expand its story and beloved characters. Several teams such as the New Mutants and X-Force are being planned on the big screen, while TV series will be based on the X-Factor Investigations team.

Two upcoming X-Men films such as "Deadpool" and "X-Men: Apocalypse" are already in line for next year, while productions on "Wolverine 3" and "Gambit" are being planned as well.

Singer stated that first trailer for "X-Men: Apocalypse" is being attached to the premiere date of "Star Wars: The Force Awakens" next month, joining other rumored film trailers such as "Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice" and "Captain America: Civil War".

"X-Men: Apocalypse" will be released in cinemas on May 27, 2016.
