The only official thing about the "Better Call Saul" Season 2 is the announcement of the premiere date. Besides that, there are a number of rumors circulating about the show.

The first season of "Better Call Saul" was successful even though critics were wary of the fact that it may not work for the viewers as "Breaking Bad" was a ten pointer show.

However, instead of just being sidelined, "Better Call Saul" season 1 impressed everyone with seven Primetime Emmy nominations, along with a TCA Award for Outstanding New Program, and the Best Actor and Best Supporting Actor award wins in the Critics' Choice Television Award. Odenkirk and Banks respectively won these awards.
