Wedding bells are set to ring this weekend, as Sofia Vergara, 43, and Joe Manganiello, 38, prepare to become husband and wife after their arrival in Miami.
Vergara and Manganiello are about to tie the knot this weekend at The Breakers Resort in Palm Beach, Florida, People reported. The couple arrived in Miami on Nov. 19, along with Vergara's family.
Vergara's son Manolo Gonzalez-Ripoll Vergara, 23, has shared a photo of him with three others on Instagram on Nov. 20 upon reaching the hotel. With the caption "Time for schenanigans. #HoalHello #Jofia #LookingGoodEnrique," Manolo's Instagram post got more than 1,800 likes.
In the other photo he shared on Instagram, Manolo joked in the caption saying, "We're not slurring our words; we are speaking in cursive. #Jofia." The photo got more than 1,900 likes.
According to E! News, the couple started the celebration with a cocktail party on a private beach for their family and friends on Nov. 19. Sofia was certain to "pull out all the stops" for the merriments with her loved ones. In fact, she disclosed before that she had a little bit of "bridezilla" in her, along with being very detail-oriented.
Sofia's "Modern Family" co-star Julie Bowen was one among those who attended the wedding. Previously, Bowen teased that the "only thing" she knows about her co-star's special day was that the couple opted not to have official wedding photographs.
The romance between Sofia and Manganiello sparked in July 2014. The couple had been dating for almost a year and a half when Manganiello proposed to the Sofia. It was about six months after a romantic trip to Kauai.
Manganiello has said previously said that he could not wait to tie the knot, as the best part of getting married was not about having to change anything. For the "Magic Mike XXL" star, it had been about finding someone who had complemented him perfectly.
