His sex partner was the one who filed the lawsuit because the actor allegedly infected him with herpes after their alleged tryst in a luxury hotel, reports Daily Mail.

In the same video made in 2011, the year he was diagnosed with HIV, Sheen also was seen smoking crack first, grinned and then performed fellatio on the other man, reports Page Six. However, the source of Page Six is an article from RadarOnline which claims having a bootleg copy of the video.

RadarOnline is gossip website that often publishes controversial articles, although some observers question the credibility of the portal's reports.

It claims that Sheen settled the lawsuit out of court for millions of dollars. The website cites the lawyer, Keith Davidson, who says the lawsuit was dismissed more than five years ago and the video evidence was not closed to what the portal described, which cited legal documents that names the case as J. Roe v. John Doe. That lawsuit involves an A-list celebrity which the website believes is Sheen.

The court documents said that the celebrity told the other man he has no venereal disease then the two watched porn, had oral sex, rubbed and massaged one another, play-wrestled, licked and had unprotected anal intercourse. The website claims that part of the settlement is that Sheen be given the original copy of the video and two other sex tapes which were destroyed.
