There is also the face-off between Tony Stark (Robert Downey, Jr) and Steve Rogers (Chris Evans).

Another key moment has the Black Widow advised Captain America to stay off, and Cap asking Black Widow if she will arrest him.

The trailer was reported to be shown in "Star Wars: The Force Awakens" on December 18 but it was not known why they decided to show it earlier.

Wired noted more key moments in the trailer.

"Pause at: 0:51 to see William Hurt as the new government watchdog who says some see Cap as a "vigilante" in need of oversight. 0:57 to see the Sokovia Accords, the document that allegedly kicks off the rift between the Marvel heroes. 1:46 to see Iron Man and War Machine face off against Cap, Scarlett Witch, and Hawkeye. 1:51 for a glimpse of Black Panther. 1:59 to see Bucky grabbing onto Tony Stark's arc reactor. 2:13 to see Iron Man taking on both Cap and the Winter Soldier."

Also, along with the trailer, the official new synopsis, (h/t Comic Book).

"Marvel's 'Captain America: Civil War' finds Steve Rogers leading the newly formed team of Avengers in their continued efforts to safeguard humanity. But after another incident involving the Avengers results in collateral damage, political pressure mounts to install a system of accountability, headed by a governing body to oversee and direct the team. The new status quo fractures the Avengers, resulting in two camps-one led by Steve Rogers and his desire for the Avengers to remain free to defend humanity without government interference, and the other following Tony Stark's surprising decision to support government oversight and accountability. Get ready to pick a side and join the nonstop action playing out on two fronts when Marvel's Captain America: Civil War opens in U.S. theaters on May."
