The latest "Grimm" season 5 spoilers revealed that Silas Weir Mitchell, who plays Monroe in the NBC series, may be axed from the show. Turns out, Monroe could eventually be killed in episode 6, titled "Wesen Nacht."
Nick (David Giuntoli) and Hank (Russel Hornsby) will once again team up to find out who is behind the Wesen gang vandalism which resulted to the death of a local business owner, as well as the kidnapping of Monroe and Rosalee's friend. The duo will eventually find out that criminals are not only targeting Portland.
"Given the fact that the Wesen vandals are targeting Wesen-owned businesses, there is a chance that Monroe could be killed in episode six," speculated Fashion & Style.
Meanwhile, speaking to The Mary Sue, Bree Turner (Rosalee) opened up how was it like working with Mitchell. The actress shared that it was fun playing Mitchell's wife in the series. Turner added that it was very comfortable working with him and after working alongside each other for years, they have started to understand each other's quirks.
She also had nothing but praises for the writers of the show, adding that the character development happened organically. She added that their characters just got closer over time.
Turner also pointed out that the "Grimm" writers had no problems putting Monroe and Turner in difficult situations. She said that although they are "madly in love" with each other, there will be arguments and difficulties along the way.
