Defending NFC champions Seattle Seahawks (6-5) will try to string their first three-game winning run of the 2015 NFL season as they visit the NFC North leaders Minnesota Vikings (8-3) at the TCF Bank Stadium on Sunday.

The Seahawks defeated the Pittsburgh Steelers, 39-30, at the CenturyLink Field last Sunday for their third two-game streak of the season, as per Fansided.

Quarterback Russell Wilson outplayed fellow Super Bowl champion signal caller Ben Roethlisberger in the match, throwing 21-of-30 for 345 yards with five touchdown passes, no interceptions, and two sacks for a high QBR of 90.3.

Meanwhile, the Vikings dispatched the reeling Atlanta Falcons, 20-10, at the Georgia Dome last Sunday to bounce back from their 30-13 setback to Green Bay the week before, as reported by Yahoo Sports.

Former NFL MVP Adrian Peterson scored two rushing touchdowns and gained 158 yards in 29 carries to push the Falcons to their fourth straight defeat.

This match between the Seahawks and the Vikings is expected to be a close one in a battle of wills between two contending teams. Seattle is projected to prevail, though.

Prediction: Seahawks win, 21-17.
