Two teams from opposite conferences who are struggling to keep their playoffs dreams alive, the Atlanta Falcons (6-7) and Jacksonville Jaguars (5-8), are set to clash at the EverBank Field on December 20th, Sunday for a Week 15 encounter in the 2015 NFL season.

Atlanta fell to third place in the NFC South after their embarrassing 38-0 shutout loss to the Carolina Panthers, the team's sixth straight, last Sunday at the Bank of America Stadium, via ESPN.

Another loss might finally eliminate the Falcons from playoff contention, which makes this match against the Jaguars highly pivotal for the squad.

Meanwhile, Jacksonville is one win away from tying AFC South's top two squads to the same win-loss slate after their lopsided 51-16 victory over the injury-plagued Indianapolis Colts also last Sunday, as per ABC News.

The Colts and Texans lead the division with 6-7 records and the Jaguars are only a game behind at 5-8.

Jacksonville is projected to snag that key win that will improve their chances of entering the postseason this year.

Prediction: Jaguars win, 21-14.
