After the epic success of her third album "25," Adele has announced her highly anticipated 2016 tour.

The tour will kick off in July in St. Paul, Minnestosa and then will proceed to Chicago, Denver, and Vancouver, The Christian Science Monitor reported. The British singer will later travel to Seattle, San Jose, Oakland, and Los Angeles before heading to Phoenix, Philadelphia, Boston, and New York, among other stops.

The tour will come to an end after  a few shows at Washington D.C., Nashville, and Dallas. For most of the special, Adele is expected to be backed by a massive orchestra and backup singers but the fans should also expect her performing with piano.

The album, which was released last month, has sold a staggering 5.1 million copies to date.

Meanwhile, the 27-year-old singer took to stage after four years to perform at Radio City Music Hall in November. The concert, which was attended by the likes of Donald Trump, Jennifer Lawrence and Tine Fey, was aired on NBC on Dec. 14, Monday.

The telecast, titled "Adele Live In New York City," was viewed by almost 11.2 million people across the country, making it most watched concert since 2003 when 16.56 million people famously watched  "Cher Farewell Tour."

Although Adele has ascended to superstar status during the past five years, she noted to the crowd that the performance marked her first big concert in New York City. While her power-packed performance of "Hello" was spectacular, the singer cried spontaneously on stage when she received a standing ovation for "When We Were Young," The Guardian reported.

"I wanted to write a song that will last forever," declared Adele to the cheering crowd.
