The Episode 12, titled "The Sales Call Sublimation," will shift its focus a bit and reveal what's going on in other characters' lives. Here are few spoilers teasing what to expect from the midseason premiere. Read on to find out what happens next when the show returns.

In Episode 11 "The Opening Night Excitation" (midseason finale), Sheldon and Amy achieved a new milestone in their five years of on-and-off relationship. The couple finally made love and consummate their relationship

Speaking about what's coming next in "The Big Bang Theory" Season 9 after the midseason finale, the showrunner Steve Molaro revealed that the show will be changing its focus now. They will now shed light on the lives of other characters and their relationships.

"I think it's time to take a little bit of a step back," Molaro told TV Guide. The entire season so far has been pretty Sheldon-Amy-centric following their breakup and reuniting. This gives us a chance to take a little breather. Obviously, they're in it and they matter, but it's a chance to let them be happy in the background and refocus on the other amazing characters on this show. I don't think they will change too much from this. It's not something that's going to be harped on to death. They're back together and it's going well.

Meanwhile, leaked spoilers for "The Big Bang Theory" Season 9 Episode 12 "The Sales Call Sublimation" suggests exactly that. According to IMDB's description of the midseason premiere, the upcoming segment will focus on Leonard and Penny's marriage. The couple will discover issues in their marriage.

It all starts with a situation at Penny's workplace, a clinic where she is working as a sales rep. According to IBTimes, when Dr. Gallo does not allow Penny make the sales call, she approaches her husband. At Dr. Gallo's clinic, the couple realise that they might have some marital issues that they never knew about.

At the same time, Stuart moves out of Wolowitz House. Elsewhere Sheldon and Raj work on a project together as they look for extra-solar planets.
