Sprint will launch turnkey wireless and wired communications service at "Enterprise Connect 2015" in Orlando, according to Computerworld.
This Workplace as-a-Service (WPaaS) caters to medium sized companies as well as small companies. They are priced at $ 200 per worker on a monthly basis. The price package with Sprint tablet devices is $205 and addition of mobile package with the above, price is $250.
The technology opens new markets by not only making available turnkey wired and wireless communications required to run a business or an office to the organisations but also does away with the woes of managing various networks and ensures the smooth running of the devices and applications, as per reports by NoJitter.
WPaaS comprehensive package offers are very attractive: WAN connectivity, enterprise-grade Wi- Fi, local and long-distance voice, SIP trunks, video and audio conferencing, online collaboration, instant messaging and presence, BYOD support for smartphones, laptops and tablets along with 24x7 proactive capacity management, multi-carrier support, per-site implementation and end-to-end SLAs. Sprint also offers discount of $20 to $40 to its own customers on the basic wireless connectivity like unlimited voice, texting and data plans for smartphones. The service provider vouches that the Workplace services will cost the organizations about fifty percent less than the existing conventional ways of delivering services.
