New "The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt" details have been revealed regarding a new mod options and the launch trailer for the "Hearts of Stone" expansion.
CD Projekt RED has revealed its first mod option for "The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt" and it is called the Ultimate Graphic Options Mod for PC platform. The new PC mod allows users to access the game's graphical settings without having to change the user.settings or restarting their computers. GeekSnack reported.
PC users must head to the YourWitcher3Directory\bin\ and create a backup of their configuration folder. The second step is to unpack the modUGOM folder from UGOM.rar and put it into the YourWitcher3Directory\mods\. The users must open the modUGOM folder and they will find a bin folder. Paste the bin folder into the YourWitcher3Directory\ in "The Witcher 3" game and start playing the game as tusers see fit.
Aside from the Ultimate Graphic Options Mod, CD Projekt RED began streaming the launch trailer for "The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt's" latest expansion, "Hearts of Stone" for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC platforms, VG 24/7.
"Hearts of Stone" will have Geralt fighting an immortal bandit lord named, Olgierd von Everec as he searches for answers in order to defeat and claim the bounty on him. The new expansion pack will showcase a new gameplay feature as Geralt will learn how to use different "Runewords" in any situations whether in fights or solving puzzles.
The Runewords in "Hearts of Stone" will create different effects to Geratls enemies as he encounters more beast, spectres and demons, not to menton Everec's army. The expansion will also feature new gears and weapons, as well as the return of one Geralt's love interest, Shani from "The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings".
The "Hearts of Stone" expansion will launch on Oct. 13 with price of $8.50. The limited box edition cost around $19.99 with bonus items like a new digital code, two Gwent card decks and its own rule book.
"The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt" is currently available in stores for the PC, PS4 and Xbox One.
