UFC Women's Bantamweight Champion Holly Holm has no sympathy for Ronda Rousey's suicidal thoughts.

UFC Women's Bantamweight champion Holly "The Preacher's Daughter" Holm has weighed in on the revelation that former champion Ronda Rousey had suicidal thoughts after their championship fight November at UFC 193.

Holm stated that she would never be so down after a loss that she would feel that way, MMA Junkie reported. The champion also stated that she is probably the last person that Rousey would want to get sympathy from.

Holm goes on to say that any sympathy that would come from the person who knocked Rousey out would sound condescending, Fox News reported. The current champion goes on to say that she knows how it is like to lose, as she has lost a few fights during her boxing career where she was a multiple time world champion. However, the champion is confident that Rousey will be able to return to the UFC again in the future.

Holm knocked out Rousey in a stunning upset in the second round of their fight and had caused the former champion to stray from the spotlight for months afterwards. However, Rousey has resurfaced in recent weeks with appearances on "Saturday Night Live" and "The Tonight Show."

But it was Rousey's appearance on the "Ellen DeGeneres" show wherein the former champion revealed her experience after the loss. Rousey claimed that for a few moments after her loss, she contemplated killing herself and that it was looking at her boyfriend, fellow UFC fighter Travis Brown, which helped her regain her composure.

The thought of suicide for Rousey is an especially sensitive topic as the fighter lost her dad at a young age after he had committed suicide. The topic was touched briefly during Rousey's fight with Bethe Correia, in where Correia made a comment about Rousey's father. Rousey did not take well to the comment and went on to defeat Correia in the first round.

As for Holm, the champion is set to defend her title for the first time against Meisha "Cupcake" Tate as the co-main event in UFC 196 set for March 5.
