The One Piece video games series was published by Bandai and Banpresto, later as part of Namco Bandai Games, and is based on Eiichiro Oda's shonen manga and anime series of the same name.

"One Piece: Burning Blood" new story trailer goes online, but the specific date of release has not been revealed. The only hint given is that the game will be playable in the middle of the year.

The footage features some scenes in the Marineford arc in the manga series. Although the latest trailer shows more action-filled battles as the plot progresses, the video appears to support the past rumors regarding the new title and its expanded lineup of characters.

"One Piece: Burning Blood" is going to feature the game series' heavyweights such as Dracule Mihawk, Gekko Moriah, Sengoku the Buddha, Admiral Borsalino Kizaru and Bartholomew Kuma as the playable characters.

Also, Blackbeard's appearance in the arc is an indication that the pirate is going to be among the roster of fighters, which is what the regular updates of the game publisher Bandai Namco previously announced.

"One Piece: Burning Blood" trailer's feature of Marshall D. Teach, Blackbeard's real name, confirms that he is going to be part of the forthcoming game. The video also features the gameplay footage, along with a few combat moves from the pirates, admirals and the Seven Warlords of the Sea. The players can also experience the arc on three different perspectives, GameSpot reported.

The latest "One Piece: Burning Blood" video further reaffirmed the developer's announcement in December 2015, as it joins the game's Marineford Edition for a limited run only. This exclusive version will only be released in 5,000 units, and will come with an artbook and exclusive special figures like Whitebeard and his grave.

Other "One Piece: Burning Blood" exclusive items are also going to be released for its downloadable content such as the fourth Gear Luffy for those who pre-ordered the franchise on Xbox One and PS4.

"One Piece: Burning Blood," the upcoming game title that is based on its popular anime and pirate-inspired manga series, is going to be released for Xbox One and PS4 on June 3 in Europe. The players in North America, on the other hand, can start to enjoy the game on May 31.

The "One Piece: Burning Blood" PC version through Steam is also reported to be rolled out following the game's European release, Gematsu reported.
