Maddie Ziegler will exit "Dance Moms" after ‘Maddie and Mackenzie Say Goodbye’ episode.

"Dance Moms" star Maddie Ziegler personally confirmed her exit from the hit Lifetime TV series.

While speaking with Hollywood Life at the Kids' Choice Awards, Ziegler said, "I am leaving, but it'll be a good thing because we're moving on to school things."

It was also recently confirmed that Ziegler's younger sister Mackenzie and mom Melissa Gisoni will be leaving the hit Lifetime reality TV show.

Meanwhile, the 13-year-old professional dancer revealed what she will miss most from being on "Dance Moms" for six seasons.

"Definitely being with the girls every single day and having so much fun when you're not dancing," she said.

Following her exit from "Dance Moms" and ALDC, fans can see Ziegler in the upcoming season of "So You Think You Can Dance: The Next Generation."

On the show, Ziegler will be playing the role of resident judge alongside three other celebrities.

Other than "So You Think You Can Dance," Ziegler will also be part of the upcoming movie "The Book of Henry" and "Sister."

The latter is a film that will be penned by Ziegler's good friend and music video collaborator Sia.

On the other hand, "The Book of Henry" is by Colin Trevorrow, and Ziegler has already completed filming her scenes for the film.

In other news, Ziegler will continue to be part of "Dance Moms" season 6 until episode 18.

On Tuesday night, she will be seen in the new episode of "Dance Moms" season 6 called "The Maddie Rumor."

The episode will see the ALDC dancers and moms on the show finding out about Ziegler's plan to exit the reality TV show.

"The Maddie Rumor" will also see the girls going to Dream NDC in Placenta, California.

While there, Ziegler will perform a lyrical solo dance number "The People's Choice... Or Not" which will earn her first place in the teen division and overall.

The Elite group dancers' "The Vultures" will also rank first in the teen division.

The Mini Elite dancers are officially back, and will perform in the petite division.

"Dance Moms" season 6, episode 11 will air on Lifetime on March 16 at 9 p.m. ET.
