3:00 p.m, March 15, 2016 Update: While details of the upcoming Hunter x Hunter chapter won't be revealed until Saturday when this year's issue no.16 hits the stands, Shonen Jump already teases a potential April release for Yoshihiro Togashi's masterpiece.

The official website of Shueisha's Weekly Shonen Jump magazine posted a photo that hypes up releases for the coming month. The image captioned as "Jump's great blitzes in April!!" features Masashi's Kishimoto's Naruto Gaiden one-shot manga scheduled for release on April 25, two-chapter Yu-Gi-Oh! Story set for April 11 and 18, and the return Hunter x Hunter manga (thought still without a date).

6:00 a.m March 15, 2016 update: If you have been living under the rock these days, let me break the news that Yoshihiro Togashi will resume his pet project Hunter x Hunter, per report.

Shonen Jump reported Hunter x Hunter will once again appear in weekly jump after a two-year break. Hunter x Hunter has gone on hiatus several times, but Togashi may have regained the motivation to resume one of the most popular manga series ever.

Via Kotaku:

"According to ShonenJump.com, a teaser site reads 連載再開 (rensai saikai or, literally, "serialization resuming") and 遂に動き出す!(tsuini ugoki dasu or, basically, "Finally, it's getting going!" or "Finally, movement commences!"). The teaser also mentions the Dark Continent Arc, which is excellent news for eager fans."

The upcoming Hunter x Hunters chapters will delve deeper into the Dark Continent arc, where series protagonist Gon Freecss and his friends (Kiluwa, Kurapika and Leorio) are expected to face new challenges.

Hopefully, Togashi will not revert back to his tendency of taking length breaks after publishing four or five chapters. Hunter x Hunter have left its fans hanging for years, some of them have already lost interest in it to the point of calling it Hiatus x Hiatus.
