"Fifty Shades Darker" cast member Bella Heathcote recently opened up about being part of the hit "Fifty Shades of Grey" franchise.
While speaking to People, the Australian actress said that she was worried about joining the other cast members because she felt as if she was the new girl in school.
"I was worried because it's coming into something that's already established like feeling like the new kid at school, but everyone was really lovely and really welcoming and hilarious. It's a really good vibe on set, which I didn't expect," she said.
According to Heathcote, she thinks most of the cast members have become so relaxed primarily because "Fifty Shades of Grey" did so well.
"I feel like the first movie did so well, so everyone is more relaxed on this one," she said.
Meanwhile, the actress was recently spotted in the streets of Vancouver filming her scenes as Leila Williams.
In the sequel, Heathcote had to wear long brunette wig to give life to the sultry, but twisted character of Leila.
The books written by E.L. James revealed that Leila was Christian Grey's (Jamie Dornan) former submissive who will resurface in an attempt to win him back.
However, Leila wouldn't be very happy to know that Christian is already dating Anastasia Steele (Dakota Johnson).
As such, Leila will try to threaten Anastasia so that the latter would decide to just leave Christina. At one point, the former will also point a gun at the latter, but Christian will immediately come to both of their rescues.
In other news, Dornan and Johnson were also recently spotted on set giving life to their respective characters.
Some of the photos that were leaked online showed the two kissing on the streets, walking under the rain, and just talking to each other.
Other photos also showed Eric Johnson's character Jack Hyde talking and flirting with Anastasia.
In the books, Jack will make indecent advances at Anastasia that Christian would definitely not tolerate. To make things worse, Jack and Christian are nemesis so the latter wouldn't allow the former to win at anything especially in relation to Anastasia.
"Fifty Shades Darker" is slated to hit theaters in the United States on Feb. 10, 2017.
