Canadian pop star Justin Bieber apologized for his immature, erratic behavior through a Facebook video on Jan. 28, Wednesday.

The singer, who has recently been widely mocked for his allegedly "photoshopped" abs and manhood on his Calvin Klein underwear ad, said he was very nervous about what audiences might think of him during a recent taping for an upcoming "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" episode.

In the Facebook video posted on his personal account, Bieber is featured saying words of apologies and clarification.

"Now, I just want to be soft and gentle and loving and kind," Bieber said.

"I didn't want to come off arrogant or conceited, basically how I've been acting the past year, year and a half," the singer added. He also wants everyone to know that he is definitely not who he was trying to be.

There are several examples of this "talked-about" behavior. For instance, he made disrespectful comments, while he was at the Tokyo shrine and fighting against a paparazzi, while visiting the Anne Frank museum. He was, also, arrested for DIU, while he was driving his yellow Lamborghini. Let us not forget that he, actually, abandoned a monkey at an airport in Germany.

Bieber, who will turn 21 on March 1, admitted during the talk show that, basically, it is time for him to mature and grow up. He told DeGeneres that he is attributing his behavior on the facts that he grew up with the public scrutinizing him and the difficulties that he went through showbiz.
