Remedy Studios' 'Quantum Break' arrives April 5 on Xbox One and Windows 10.

Recently, Microsoft Studious and Remedy Entertainment finally unleashed a new live-action trailer for "Quantum Break," highlighting the game's story that is loaded with a heart-pounding action.

"Quantum Break" was initially uncovered with a teaser trailer amid the Xbox One reveal event on May 21, 2013. Ever since that announcement, fans worldwide have been wanting to hear more about the game. Now, in the new minute-long teaser, fans got a sneak peek at the nefarious corporation called Monarch Solutions, which is founded by Paul Serene (Aidan Gillen), the main antagonist of the game.

Aside from that, it also shows a strained encounter between "Quantum Break's" hero Jack Joyce (Shawn Ashmore) and Serene, who poses one of time travel's greatest questions - "Is it truly possible to alter the past to change the future?"

Also, incorporated into the trailer is Serene's right-hand man, Martin Hatch (Lance Reddick) and Fiona Miller (Mimi Michaels). The upcoming "Quantum Break" is set in and around an anecdotal Riverport University in the Northeastern United States, where a time travel experiment has gone wrong.

The sudden tragic event has not only caused time to start breaking down but also grants the two main characters, Joyce and Serene, distinctive time-based abilities. The protagonist can manipulate time, while the latter can see into the future to choose which choices to make in the present.

Much to the delight of the fans, the game will apparently highlight digital episodes that interact with the game based on the player's choices. Each choice made will affect the events of both the game and coordinated live-action entertainment that would create an action-packed and modern-day thriller, Xbox reported.

Other star-studded cast includes Dominic Monaghan, Amelia Rose Blaire, Brooke Nevin, Marshall Allman, Patrick Heusinger, Matt Orlando, Courtney Hope, Sean Durrie, Jeannie Bolet and Jacqueline Pinol.

"Quantum Break" arrives on gaming shelves this coming April 5 for Xbox One and Windows 10 platform.
