Aspen cops arrested Bill Montag, the father of "The Hills" star Heidi Montag, on Jan. 29, Thursday, for allegedly committing sexual abuse and incest with a girl since she was 13 until she turned 17.

On the other hand, sources close to Heidi and her husband Spencer Pratt told TMZ that the alleged victim has serious credibility issues.

Sources told the publication that they are very familiar with the accuser has stalked Heidi and her husband at several public appearances to the point security had to take her away. The couple reportedly believe Bill will be acquitted although the accuser is "determined to destroy the family."

According to the complaint, the victim was sexually abused at least 50 times between 1993 and 1998. Apparently, the time frame lines up with neither Heidi, 27, nor her sister Holly, 31.

Based on the documents filed, Bill groomed the victim with "back rubs in her bedroom in the basement of their home" until it escalated by trying to insert a vibrator into her vagina. When the girl turned 16, he started performing oral sex until it got extremely graphic.

The last incident was in said to be 1998 when Bill allegedly crawled into bed with her and told her he wanted to have sex with her after trying to pull down her underwear. The accuser claimed after she refused, Bill said he thought that was what she wanted.

In 2009, Bill walked his daughter Heidi down the aisle when she married Pratt. Recently, Pratt made a scene while taping a future episode of "Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars" with Heidi.

In the episode, Pratt husband was supposed to comfort Heidi and come to her rescue who was involved in a faux car crash but he refused to take it seriously, E! News reported.
