Justin Bieber, 20, was on the way to redemption after releasing a public apology owning to his bad behavior in the past. On Jan. 29, Thursday, he posted an apology video on his Facebook account.

On Jan. 30, Friday, however, the Canadian pop star posted a photo on Shots, a selfie photo sharing app and social network for iOS and Android, that seems to contradict his attempt to re-establish a good boy image.

"Look a diamond floor mat," Bieber captioned the Shots photo of what appears to be his underwear while he is in a toilet. Apparently, he is trying to promote Calvin Klein underwear, which put him in controversies recently.

Upon the release of his Calvin Klein underwear ad, Bieber was accused of having his crotch photoshopped to make it appear like he was well-endowed.

Among the very few who praised Bieber's underwear ad was retired football superstar David Beckham, 39, who himself modelled for underwear brands such as Emporio Armani and H&M.

"Not bad, not bad, not bad. He looks good in his underwear ads. He looks very good," Victoria Beckham's husband told E!.

It must be noted this is not the first time Bieber attempted to establish a good boy image. At the 2014 Young Hollywood Awards held at The Wiltern Theater in Los Angeles, Bieber won the Champ of Charity award and took the opportunity to grant a little girl her wish.

Bieber surprised the Make-A-Wish recipient Grace Kesablak by giving her his trophy, which was presented by Australian pop star Cody Simpson while along with a video montage highlighting Bieber's work with the Make-A-Wish foundation.
