Capcom has just announced that "Resident Evil: Umbrella Corps" will be launched on June 21 because the development team is optimizing the game further. New customization options were revealed for weapons, armor, and more.

According to Capcom's official site, the development team wanted to spend more time to optimize the game, so that fans can enjoy the best "RE" experience ever. The game was originally scheduled for release in May, but now it has been moved a month later, and it will be released on the PlayStation 4 and the PC as a digital download for $29.99.

The game company has also revealed a new trailer that unveiled new customization options for players to tinker with. They can customize the mercenary's weapons, armor, and other accessories to give it more personality. Powerful new weapons can also be unlocked later in the game for more damage and better stats.

Emotes have also been revealed by the game company, which can be customized by players using the Interconnected Communications Operations Network system. Players can use the interchangeable ICON emotes for sounds and gestures to communicate with their friends without using their voices.

According to a different report from Capcom's official website, the game will be a competitive, online third-person shooter. It will have different match types like one-life matches and multi-mission modes for players to choose from, and these matches will have six players with two teams and three members each, battling it out for supremacy. Players will get swarmed by different monsters like zombies, infected dogs, and other bio organic weapons if their essential accessory, the zombie jammer, will get damaged during the battle.

Points will be awarded to the teams that win against their rival team, and also if they defeat zombie monsters on the battlefield. These points can be used to unlock new parts for the player's armor, weapons, and zombie jammers to make it more powerful. Players can also use points to purchase new and more powerful equipment.

The game will be set two years after the events that happened on "Resident Evil 6," and this is where some corporations are now trying to get their hands on the research that the Umbrella Corporation has left behind. Different mercenary teams will be battling it out for supremacy, and for their own survival.
