5.1-inch Screen Display

HTC 10 opted for 5.1 inch screen display, which is at par with Samsung and LG devices. IT is possible that HTC will make use of the same screen size for the Google Nexus 7 2016 since there is a current trend for smaller devices as people are looking for power and portability.

Snapdragon 820, 4GB RAM

This year, there is a big chance that the Google Nexus 7 2016 will be powered by Snapdragon 820 SoC. This is suspected to be paired with 4GB of RAM that will render more power to the device.

2TB External Storage

It is predicted that Google Nexus 7 2016 will be available in 32GB and 64GB variants, but will include up to 2TB external storage via microSD slot, which is missing from the previous Nexus smartphones. Nexus 7 2016 could be the first handset in the line to include an external memory.

12MP Back Camera, 5MP Front-Facing Camera

HTC made waves with its ultrapixels camera. HTC packed 12MP and 5MP shooters at the back and front, respectively. These cameras could be incorporated in the upcoming Google Nexus 7 2016.

3,000mAh Battery

With all the aforementioned specs and features, the device needs a powerful battery. HTC 10 packs a 3,000mAh battery, which may end up in the Nexus 7 2016.
