"Grimm" season 5 returns with an all-new episode this Friday, April 22 with "Good to the Bone." The official synopsis and latest spoilers revealed that things are not going so well for Wu (Reggie Lee) in episode 18.
As reported by International Business Times, Wu has not been his best self lately, after being scratched by a Lycanthrope or a Wesen in episode 14. He has been clearly showing signs of being a Lycanthrope. In another episode, it was even hinted that he lost recollection of what he has done the night before. The outlet pointed out that the clues have been building up for quite a while now, adding that it is only a matter of time before Wu transforms into a werewolf.
The promo clip for "Grimm" season 5 episode 18 showed a Wesen sucking up a man's insides. Not long after, the Wesen was seen dragging Wu. Multiple reports claim that Wu will transform himself into a werewolf in "Good to the Bone" in order to save himself.
On his official Twitter page, Reggie Lee hinted that there is definitely something going on with his character by retweeting a post from TV Guide, in which it said "There's something weird going on with Wu on Grimm."
Meanwhile, David Giuntoli, who plays Nick Burkhardt in the hit NBC series, recently hinted that "Grimm" will end after season 6.
"If we get a Season 6, it could very well be our last season, and it will be the first time that the writers would get to write to an ending. If we do, it'll be a very fun ride, with major events," he explained.
Speaking to Los Angeles Times, Giuntoli also said that he is very grateful for the opportunities that "Grimm" has given him. When asked what he will be doing when the NBC series is over, Giuntoli said that he would want to work behind the camera. The actor explained that he wanted to "take more ownership" of his work, which could be done if he goes into either producing or directing. He, however, quickly added that fans will still get to see more of him onscreen.
"Anything where I can brood - on- or off-screen," he said.
