‘Containment’ Season 1, episode 4 promo, spoilers: ‘With Silence and Tears’ plus ‘Containment’ renewed or cancelled by CW?

Lex (David Gyasi) is annoyed and disturbed. He has to give false hope to public in the new "Containment" episodes. The promo for "Containment" Season 1, episode 4 revolves around what is in store in "With Silence and Tears."

"Containment" Season 1, episode 4 synopsis

"Lex must deliver false hope to the public, and his annoyance with this task mounts. Meanwhile, Jana grows suspicious and tries to contact Lex; a concerned Leo reaches out to an unexpected ally; and a grocery-store outing goes badly for Teresa and her mom," reads the official synopsis for "Containment" Season 1, episode 4.

Meanwhile, in Season 1, episode 3 of "Containment," Jake (Chris Wood) tries his best to control the situation.

"Be Angry at the Sun" reveals that various shocking videos are released and they show the mess that is happening inside the cordon. Lex asks Dr. Lommers (Claudia Black) for extra reinforcements deployed to control the chaos.

However, his request is turned down and he has to depend on Jake to take over the situation and control it.

Meanwhile, Katie (Kristen Gutoskie) and one of her student's parents have an altercation. Elsewhere, Teresa's (Hanna Magnan Lawrence) mom's store has been robbed and this leaves her shaken.

Leo ends up releasing more videos depicting chaos and this is when steps are taken to shut him off.

In other "Containment" news, the latest status of the show's renewal or cancellation has been shared by TV by the Numbers. "Containment" has received 0.5 in the 18-49 rating and in the renew/cancel index it stands at 0.82.

"Containment" is likely to be renewed by CW in May 2016 for a news season.
