Naughty Dog has recently announced that all different types of "Uncharted 4" DLC will be free to download. The multiplayer guide of the game has also been revealed recently by the game developer studio.

The different types of DLC like game modes and maps, gameplay items, and co-op will all be included during launch, which will be free to download, according to PlayStation's official blog. Accessories and other in-game store items can be unlocked through gameplay. Lead game designer Robert Cogburn said on the blog that the team believes that players should be playing on even ground and that is the reason why they made Relics, an in-game currency that can be earned through gameplay, be used to unlock all DLC.

The game studio has also revealed the multiplayer guide of the game, which explains all of the different multiplayer modes available at launch. Players will be able to choose different multiplayer game modes like Ranked, Command, Team Deathmatch, Plunder, Warm Up Playlist, and the Trials.

Players can earn the in-game currency by just completing daily Challenges, or by just winning matches. Relics can then be spent on two types of DLC chests which are the DLC Vanity Chest and the DLC Gameplay Chest. The game studio also wrote on the blog that the chests are guaranteed to have unique items each time players earn them, and will never award them with duplicate items.

Cogburn also said on the blog that players can unlock DLC items anytime they like, with or without the use of Uncharted Points that they can purchase through the PlayStation Store. He added that there will be a Cinema mode in the near future, which lets players review matches and make screenshots for personal use.

After the game is launched on May 10, there will be two post-launch DLC multiplayer packs to purchase. Players who bought the deluxe edition of the game will automatically get them right away, since they are included in the package. For those who want to purchase them individually, the packs contain guns, boosters, skins, hats, and taunts.

In other news, president of SCE worldwide studios Shuhei Yoshida said on another blog post from PlayStation's official blog that a number of copies of the game were stolen in transit in the United Kingdom. The game company is continuing to work with the local police to solve the issue quickly, since some of the copies have shown up already in the UK.
