Game of Thrones

Great news to all "Game of Thrones" fanatics out there as this is your chance to dine like your favorite characters. According to A.V. Club, the event is being hosted by HBO to celebrate the release of the season five trailer and the DVD and Blu-Ray of the fourth series of the popular HBO show - "The Game of Thrones."  HBO, together with The Wandering Chef, is the team behind the event.

NBC reported that the event is open only to twelve very lucky winners and their plus one.  The event dubbed as "All Men Must Dine" is going to be held at Andaz Hotel located at Liverpool Street, London.  The organizers are keeping the menu a secret, but according to The Telegraph, a sample menu for the "All Men Must Dine" event is "The Lies of Tyrion Lannister and his Proclaimed innocence" or to put it simply "poached veal tongue with beetroot, horseradish."  Another sample menu is "Oldtown Mustard."  They promise a banquet that will serve the best and the "finest delicacies Westerns has to offer.

Interested to join in the fun? Fans can drop their names at the HBO UK headquarters.  The event is happening on Feb. 13 to 15 and the organizers described the event as "private, clandestine meeting of the Small Council in King's Landing."  The organizers told The Verge that they are hoping that "there'll be no poisonings or suspicious deaths."

The idea is unique and it is an awesome way to promote a show.  For the loyal fans, it is not often that they can actually enjoy how to "live" the lives of their favorite characters - dine like them, maybe dress like them, and of course, a chance to mingle with their own personal heroes.  Welcome Valentine's Day "Game Of Thrones" style.

Featured in "Game Of Thrones" Season 5 are Adewale Akinnuoyo-Agbaje, Liam Cunningham, Stephen Dillane, Charles Dance, Michael Condron, Keisha Castle-Hughes, Ian Beattie and Roger Ashton-Griffiths, among others.
