Kesha's collaboration with Zedd, "True Colors," has been released.

Kesha performed a very emotional delivery of “Till It Happens To You.” It is the same song Lady Gaga co-wrote with Diane Warren on May 7, Saturday, at the Humane Society Gala Ball.

According to The Huffington Post, the 29-year-old singer addressed victims of sexual abuse before singing the deeply moving Oscar-nominated piece. She told the audience,  “I want to dedicate this song to every man, woman, child and animal that has ever been abused.

On May 8, Sunday, Gaga showed took to Twitter to show her support for Kesha. She told her that she shares the same sentiment about boys.

“Till It Happens To You”, which was written for the the 2015 docu-film “The Hunting Ground,” hit too close to home for the singer after being recently involved in a difficult legal battle against her producer Lukasz Gottwald aka “Dr. Luke”, whom she accused of sexual harassment. Gottwald countered all of her claims and has not been charged with any unlawful acts.

Kesha’s charges were thrown out by a New York judge in April, Entertainment Weekly reported. But in spite of this setback, she continually received support from A-list celebrities including Gaga.

Recently, Kesha collaborated with Zedd in a song titled “True Colors.” After the release of the collaboration song, the former singer expressed her gratitude on Instagram to her co-musicians and followers who gave their support all throughout her legal strife.
