Goku is feeling weird as he can't control his body. Chi Chi asks him if he has a fever or if he is dying. Goku tells her that he feels different and weak. "Dragon Ball Super" episode 43 revolves around Goku's condition and babysitting Pan.

"Dragon Ball Super" episode 43 recap and spoilers
The episode starts off with Goku, Goten and Chi Chi eating dinner and Goku has lost his appetite. He is losing control of his body and Chi Chi asks if he is going to die or if he is having fever. She wants him to go to talk to Kaio about his condition.
Meanwhile, Kaio advises Goku to not stress and over exert as he might never be able to work on getting stronger and worse, he won't be able to fight.
Goku is suffering from Delayed Onset Ki Syndrome from the battles in the tournament and now he cannot control his ki.
Elsewhere, Goku is having a conversation with a big shot in the academics who compliments him for giving an excellent presentation at the previous conference. Chi Chi and Goku are at Gohan's place as Goku wrecked their house.
In "Dragon Ball Super" episode 43, Piccolo saves the day when it comes to taking care of Pan. He gives instructions on how they can take care of the little one.
Goku says that he already feels like a grandpa and he can lose to lose Piccolo. He wants Pan to call him gramps.
Gohan gets a compliment from Chi Chi for being the first Saiyan in Universe 7 to successfully hold down his job.
In the meantime, Pilaf invests all his money on the Pilaf machine. He believes that he can take down Goku as he is weak now.
Pan wanders off and Goku thinks that Piccola is keeping an eye on her. As Piccolo screams, Pilaf and team get scared and run away with Pan. The robots are flying out of control and Mai prays that the chaos must be controlled.
Super powers of Pan save the day and everyone thinks that Pan was at home all this time. According to Goku, Pan will fly soon but Piccolo says that it is impossible.
