MacBook Air and MacBook Pro 2016 rumored release date is next month. However, a recent report from DigiTimes said that Apple will ship 13-inch and 15-inch ultra-thin MacBooks before the second quarter ends. The publication added that the laptop will be unveiled at the company's annual Worldwide Developers Conference kicking off on June 13.

Some of the major updates to be found in the upcoming laptops are voice assistant Siri and Touch ID, which are features exclusive in Apple's mobile devices - iPhone and iPad. Accordign to MacRumors, the tech giant is working on unlocking your Mac with Touch ID. The security measure is said to bypass a typed log-in using Bluetooth when the phone is "in close proximity" to a computer running OS X.

To cater to professional needs of Mac users, Siri will reportedly make its debut in Mac as the design of the dock icon leaked. While there is no concrete information about this yet, consumers may have to wait for further updates.
