Here comes another bundle of joy for "The Bachelor" alum Melissa Rycroft. The reality star gave birth to her third child with husband Tye Strickland on May 18.
On Thursday, Melissa shared the first picture of her new baby on her social media accounts, Perez Hilton reported. The 33-year-old former star of "The Bachelor" posted a black and white photo of herself holding the newborn Cayton Jack. She captioned it, "Cayson Jack. 5-18-16. Welcome to the world, little one." Fans showered her with well-wishes comments for giving birth to a healthy baby boy.
Melissa also shared a photo of her 5-year-old daughter Ava Grace meeting her new brother for the first time. The image also showed her husband with Ava, with a caption, "Their first 'Hello.'" The former Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader also has another son, the 2-year-old Beckett Thomas.
A few months before giving birth, Melissa shared with E! News that she feels more relaxed with this third pregnancy. Although friends would laugh at her for not having a nursery yet when the baby is almost due, she said she already knows what are needed with a newborn. She said she had learned what not stress about.
Melissa Rycroft was one of the 25 bachelorettes in "The Bachelor" season 13, competing for bachelor Jason Mesnick. She got the final rose in the season finale and Mesnick proposed to her. But things turned around and the two broke up. Mesnick said he had feelings for Molly Malaney, who was the runner-up to Melissa. Melissa got back in a relationship with Tye and they got married in 2009.
Rycroft is also a dancer and she appeared in "Dancing With the Stars" Season 8. Her partner was Tony Dovolani and they finished third. They came back for the all-stars edition and became the champion. Melissa also became the host of the live tour of "Dancing With the Stars" last year. She hosted other reality TV show as well such as "Bachelor Pad" and "Redneck Island."
