Actress Miley Cyrus and actor Liam Hemsworth attend the premiere of Relativity Media's 'Paranoia' at the DGA Theater on August 8, 2013 in Los Angeles, California.

Speculations are rife that wedding bells could soon be ringing for Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth. There are numerous reports claiming that the duo is currently busy planning for their upcoming wedding alongside Miley's father, Billy Ray Cyrus.

The rumor started when the Miley and Hemsworth reportedly rekindled their romance earlier this year, after the pair was spotted together at Australia's Falls Music Festival in Byron Bay. Adding fuel to the raging marriage fire, Miley was spotted seemingly showing off the engagement ring that she and Hemsworth designed back in 2012.

Recently, Billy Ray vaguely spilled the beans on the rumored couple's plans for the future. In an exclusive interview with E! News, the "Achy Breaky Heart" hitmaker stated that Miley and Hemsworth are incredibly happy with each other and stressed that is what matters the most.

"Here's what I do know. They're so happy. That's the main thing," said Billy Ray. "If any of my kids decide that they're gonna have a wedding of any kind, whatever role they want me to play, I'll be there, you know what I mean? I might make a good preacher."

Nonetheless, Hemsworth was keen to dismiss the wedding rumors and told Australia's TV Week magazine, according to Vogue, that he was not engaged despite reports to the contrary. As recalled, Miley and Hemsworth started dating while filming "The Last Song," a romantic film based on Nicholas Sparks' 2009 best-selling novel of the same name.

The couple announced their engagement in June 2012 and lived together in Los Angeles, before ending their three-year relationship in late 2013. Despite that, Hemsworth noted in July 2014 that he and Miley would always be best friends, stating that they had an instantaneous and intense connection with each other.

In other news, Miley was picked to bring the heat at the 11th Season of "The Voice" along with Alicia Augello Cook aka Alicia Keys. Miley and Keys will join veteran judges, Blake Shelton and Adam Levine, when the singing-competition TV show returns in September.
