CONMEBOL giants Brazil (0-0-1, 1 point) is set to meet CONCACAF team Haiti (0-1-0, 0 points) in a Group B match of the 2016 Copa América Centenario at the Camping World Stadium in Orlando on June 8, Wednesday.

Brazil, ranked 7th in the world by FIFA and one of the favorites to win this summer's tournament, had a slow start in their opening game last Saturday as they settled to a goalless draw with world no. 13 Ecuador at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena.

The Canarinho are actually fortunate that it was a draw as Ecuador striker Miller Bolaños' goal was disallowed by game officials, saying that it was from out of bounds when it found Alisson's net, which preserved the tie and a share of a point in the group standings between the two squads, as per Goal.

Liverpool winger Philippe Coutinho led head coach Dunga's side when it comes to making chances and shots on goal, but the 23-year-old just was not able to punch in anything through Esteban Dreer's net.

Coutinho had his best chance during the sixth minute of the match with a close-range shot inside the box that was in some way blocked by Dreer.

The Seleção had been the aggressor most of the time, but La Tricolor was always a threat on the counter as they never allowed their opponents to take complete control of the game.

Meanwhile, Haiti dropped a disappointing 0-1 decision to Peru at the CenturyLink Field in Seattle also last Saturday, via ESPN.

Peru striker Paolo Guerrero netted the lone goal for La Blanquirroja one minute after the hour mark of the match as manager Patrice Neveu's side was not able to answer.

The South American squad is expected to prevail via a lopsided fashion, but Les Grenadiers proved to be tougher than expected.

Dunga and his boys should not take the Caribbean team lightly or else they will be in danger of not advancing in the knockout stages of this tournament.

The predicted result is a 2-0 win for Brazil.

Brazil starting lineup (4-1-4-1 formation): Alisson; Alves, Marquinhos, Gil, Luis; Casemiro; Willian, Elias, Augusto, Coutinho; Jonas

Haiti starting lineup (4-3-3 formation): Placide; Goreux, Genevois, Jerome, Jaggy; Marcelin, Lafrance, Hilaire; Louis, Nazon, Guerrier
