Motorola Moto Z smartphone: A modular phone with very impressive camera focus feature

Lenovo is about to launch a Motorola branded smartphone as what the leaked photo suggested. It will be a new Motorola flagship that has a modular back plate design that allows users to customize their mobile device. The upcoming Motorola smartphone will be called Moto Z that was initially called Moto X 2016.

The leaked photo of the Moto Z that was posted by Weibo that shows a thin smartphone with three buttons on the right side which probably are the standby and volume buttons. The photo also shows the rear camera bump of the phone with a curvy side design.

Regarding the phone specifications, this upcoming Moto Z smartphone is not behind of the biggest brands in the smartphone industry. This smartphone is sporting a 5.5 inches AMOLED screen with 2K resolution. This surely can handle multiple applications at the same time because it is packed with Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 that is backed up by a 4GB RAM just like its competitors, Galaxy S7, HTC 10 and LG G5.

It has been speculated that this phone may have the best zoom-in feature. As what Phandroid reported, its camera module can zoom in up to 10 times as what Lenovo first teased. The teaser photo that came out comes with a poem with several hashtags which describes the camera with 16 magnetic points and 10 times optical zoom feature.

It has been reportedly said that the Moto Z handset will have an all metal case with a square home button in the front which could probably have a fingerprint scanner feature. The upcoming phone comes with 3 metallic colors as what the leaked photo have shown. Most likely it will be silver, gold and rose gold.

About the user customization, there were also MotoMods attachments recently leaked. TechnoBuffalo has shown three MotoMods with distinct features. According to their report, each MotoMods has its own purpose. One is a projector, another one is for JBL speakers and a third one is a Hasselblad camera attachment.

Talking about the cost, Moto Z could hold a selling price of US$450. Lenovo will be launching this most awaited Moto Z smartphone on June 9 in the Lenovo Tech World, Silicon Valley 2016 event.
