Automobile giant Mitsubishi Motors has introduced a new more powerful 2015 Outlander Sport.
With a 168 bhp horsepower engine, the 2015 Outlander Sport is going to offer 2.4-liter MIVEC four-cylinder engine has displaced the standard 2.0 liter's output, Top Speed reported.
The more powerful Outlander Sport along with upgraded horsepower has added some features in both of its variants: 2.4 ES and 2.4 GT. The two models differ on the prospect of trim levels of the 2.4-liter engine.
The 2.4 ES model, in addition to the more powerful engine, includes a unique looking black center bumper which distinguishes it from the basic ES trim level. And in the other variant 2.4 GT, Mitsubishi adds a power driver's seat, a leather-wrapped parking brake handle, aluminum pedals, a black center bumper and outside mirrors, and LED repeaters on the side-view mirrors, black roof rails, Mitsubishi Multi Communication System (MMCS) Navigation system with 7-inch high-definition touch panel.
According to MSN, the other design improvements of the 2015 Outlander Sport model include important safety features, such as Active Stability Control with Hill Start Assist; Traction Control Logic; a Tire Pressure Monitoring System; anti-lock braking system with Electronic Brake-force Distribution and Brake Assist; and a 7 air bag Supplemental Restraint System.
