The fifth installment of the Indiana Jones movie that received the go signal is already on the hot list of much awaited movies in the next few years. With all the speculations swirling around about its future casts, film director Steven Spielberg assured all the fans one thing. The iconic "Indiana Jones" actor, Harrison Ford will make it out alive at the end of the film.

During an interview done by The Hollywood Reporter, Spielberg said that he is very excited to start filming the "Indiana Jones 5." He said, "I think this one is straight down the pike for the fans," he added, "The one thing I will tell you is I'm not killing off Harrison at the end of it."

The next film is going to be the sequel of the 2008 "Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull." The movie will be a consequence event of the fourth installment where they discovered the alien knowledge of the crystal skull. The ending of that movie received a lot of negative comments from viewers and critics but Spielberg is well aware of that and he admitted the worse scenes of the movie as reported by Entertainment Weekly in 2011.

Moviegoers are expecting something big in this upcoming movie since it will be the last "Indiana Jones" film for Ford. This fifth sequel is going to be produced by Frank Marshall and Kathleen Kennedy who are considered veterans in the industry. As posted by Wikia, the chairman of Walt Disney Studios, Alan Horn said, "It's rare to have such a perfect combination of director, producers, actor and role, and we couldn't be more excited to embark on this adventure with Harrison and Steven."

As of now, there are leaked information of who will be part of the cast. It was previously rumored that either Chris Pratt or Bradley Cooper might be part of the film but this is just a mere speculation. Moviegoers would still have to wait for quite some time because the temporarily titled "India Jones 5" is slated to show on July 19, 2019.
