The new "Quake" episode brings new levels to gamers, a good reason for gaming fanatics to check out what lies ahead. Folks who still have a copy of "Quake" may want to check this one out and see what the game developers have up their sleeve.

If not, gamers can get a copy of "Quake" for only $2.50, a good deal which is part of Steam's Summer sale. From there, you can resort to adding the mysterious new episode and the new levels in mention.

Here is a simple step-by-step guide to help out interested "Quake" gamers:

1. Download the RAR file which can be found here.
2. Once finished, extract the downloaded RAR file into a director and name it "dopa".
3. Launch the "dopa" executable find you will find on the newly created directory.
4. Start the new single player game and you are off.

Aside from the new "Quake" episode, id Software also mentioned the newest entry in its series - "Quake Champions".

It will come exclusive for PC users, offering a new competitive arena-based challenge for the ones looking for a new challenge. A game console version has not been discounted and may eventually follow though Tim Willits mentioned that they will be focusing on one platform (for now), Game Spot reported.

There is no official release date for "Quake Champions" and Willits made it clear that they don't intend to rush the game for release.

Bethesda hinted at the coming of a new "Wolfenstein" game back at E3, something that may be called "The New Collosus".

Aside from that, a new DLC could also be in the works though Bethesda and/or MachineGames have yet to render any official announcement.
