Bobbi Kristina Brown Still Fighting For Her Life in Atlanta Hospital

According to official police report, Bobbi Kristina Brown was involved in a traffic accident that injured two people days before she was found face down in a bathtub with unexplained injuries to her body.

On January 27, the 20-year-old daughter of singers Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown lost control of her Jeep Liberty when a tire blew out, crossing into oncoming traffic and colliding with another vehicle. The police incident report described "extensive damage" to both vehicles. Brown's passenger Danyela Da Siva, and the other car's driver, Russel Eckerman, were hospitalized. Brown blamed tire failure, and officers did found a nail in the Jeep's blown-out right rear tire.

On January 31, Brown was taken to the hospital after her friend Max Lomas and her live-in partner Nick Gordon discovered her face-down in her bathtub. When responding paramedics arrived at the scene, Gordon was seen performing CPR on Bobbi. She has now been in a medically-induced coma and remains on life support at Emory University Hospital in Atlanta, Georgia. According to US Weekly, the Roswell police department on Wednesday confirmed that the bathtub case is being treated as a criminal investigation.

Previously cited as a medical incident, Chief Rusty Grant later said in an email to CNN: "I can confirm that we have a criminal investigation ongoing." Later, the police department issued a press statement that reads: "The incident has always been under criminal investigation and has not been reclassified as a criminal investigation. This remains an active investigation."

One week before the bathtub incident, a security guard at the private gated community in Roswell named Rick Gilbert made a 911 call to report a domestic dispute at Bobbi's house. Apparently, a lady neighbor of hers told the guard that people were outside of the three-bedroom townhouse "hitting each other and swinging." Not personally knowing the names or descriptions of the people involved in the alleged domestic dispute, the guard was told by the 911 dispatcher to have the neighbor directly call back herself. No one called the emergency hotline back.
