Steve Harvey shocked over Kellie Pickler's near accident on 'Celebrity Family Feud."

Steve Harvey was speechless following country singer Kellie Pickler's overexcited reaction on "Celebrity Family Feud."

The TV host displayed a shocked facial expression when Pickler nearly fell during a round on the game show "Celebrity Family Feud" that aired on Sunday, June 26.

Harvey even walked away from the contestant's podium and was silent for a few seconds after Pickler's incident, E! News reported. Prior the incident, the country singer appeared very excited when Harvey called her and former NSYNC band member Lance Bass to stand on the podium.

She was almost bouncing in her pink heels as she faced off Bass in the middle of the stage. The former "American Idol" contestant even lifted her feet several times as she made little dancing moves. Harvey also jokingly encouraged Pickler to "pull herself together" during the show. However, it was after the TV personality revealed the challenge question that the country singer nearly had her on stage accident.

Pickler and Bass both tried to hit the red buzzer on the podium after Harvey finished relaying the question. However, an over-enthusiastic Pickler missed the buzzer by several inches and her hand landed on the podium instead. At the same time, her right foot started to slip but she was still able to avoid falling on the floor. Harvey, who noticed the singer's near fall, had a shocked expression on his face.

He also stepped away from the podium for a few seconds and tried to catch his breath as he placed his hands on his knees. He then returned to the podium and confessed that Pickler's near fall scared him. Pickler, on the other hand, brushed the incident aside and stated that they need a bigger button for the show.

Meanwhile, Harvey shared in an interview with Fox News that celebrities who appear in "Family Feud" should be prepared to bear the brunt of a joke or two during the show. The TV host stated that making people laugh was part of the way that he earns his living. Harvey indicated that celebrities should know his personality before joining the show. "You came on the show. You know who I am. I gotta get these laughs out, and if it's at [your expense] Dr. Phil, it's at Dr. Phil," he stated.
