The Facebook logo is displayed at the Facebook Innovation Hub on February 24, 2016 in Berlin, Germany.

Facebook brings a new feature to all its users. The latest slideshow feature would help the user in making its own video.

Tech giants are introducing their own versions of automatic movie makers based on the present media. Recently Apple launched their own versions of automatic movie makers based on the media and Google photos has its Movie Assistant and now it's Facebook. However, the feature introduced by Facebook would not be a glam video but would certainly add spice to user's social networking.

According to TechCrunch, the feature was originally launched in August and tested by some users as part of the Facebook app's status composer in December. If a user has taken more than five photos or videos in the last 24 hours and go to post a status, Facebook will suggest the user to create a Slideshow. It may also give the user an option to "Try It" when viewing a friend's Slideshow.

Facebook helps in creating the Slideshow automatically. The Slideshow will compose a video for the user combining photos and videos with themed music and transitions. The user can edit it to add or remove images. And pick a theme out of the 10, including Nostalgic, Playful, Night Out, Birthday, Epic, Thankful, Tropical, Bollywood and Amped.

Snapchat shows stories of last 24 hours in a chronological order but Facebook will show stories stored in the media. Facebook said in a statement, "If you see someone else's Slideshow in your News Feed, Facebook may give you the option to 'Try it,' which will let you select five [or more] images/videos to create your own Slideshow," the CNET reported.

Ove the past few years there was reportedly drop in personal content sharing on Facebook as links to news articles began to dominate the News Feed. However, Slideshow will make sharing sentiments of the user easier.

Usually the user selects one best photo or video from an adventure to post on Facebook. Slideshow's music, movement and transitions will certainly be entertaining to Facebook users. The feature will be available for iPhone and iPad users.
