"Tokyo Ghoul 3" turned fans off their balance as far as its release date is concerned, and apparently, rising tensions with the confirmation of this highly-acclaimed series in anime today is caused by an upcoming new "Tokyo Ghoul" live-action, which is currently underway.
Through unconfirmed reports, the said animated series is anticipated to set off its premiere this winter, in relation to FUNimation's Gen Fukunaga's earlier statement, implying that "Tokyo Ghoul" Season 3 is coming out this year.
However, according to Game & Guide, if the series' comeback would fail to occur in the projected date, "Tokyo Ghoul" Season 3 may be in for a bad ride.
In terms of "Tokyo Ghoul" Season 3's storylines, Touka Kirishima's background story will be the center of the new season, as she fell off in the plot of the previous season, Sports Rageous reported.
No confirmations have been rendered regarding "Tokyo Ghoul" Season 3, but it has been noted that it would depict a new protagonist, which could be the persona of Haise Sasaki. He is described as a guy with black and white hair like Kaneki's previous colors. Sasaki is actually Kaneki Ken as a Ghoul Investigator. Kaneki Ken assumed to have lost his memory, Arima took him in charge in the task albeit he still has the body of a ghoul.
The same source revealed that there would be a possible battle between Kaneki Ken and his mentor, Arima, which should mark the exciting climax of "Tokyo Ghoul" Season 3.
For those who are not familiar with the anime series, "Tokyo Ghoul" is a manga series created by Sui Ishida, which first gained the public's interest after it is serialized in Shueisha's Seinen manga magazine Weekly Young Jump in September 2011. Readers have taken the manga on different height,s as it recently published its 14th volume.
"Tokyo Ghoul" anime adaptation pilot season aired from July to September 2014, while the second season aired from January to March 2015.
