"Pretty Little Liars" season 7 recently portrayed Mona (Janel Parrish) as a helpful and trustworthy friend to Hanna (Ashley Benson) and the Liars.
However, there are rumors that the once villainous character cannot still be trusted because she could be plotting something up her sleeves.
According to E! News, there are still so many signs indicating that Mona is just playing the Liars. After all, the identity of A.D. hasn't been revealed just yet.
In "Pretty Little Liars" season 7, episode 4, Mona will reunite with the Liars while they are finding ways to get rid of Elliott Rollins' (Huw Collins) body.
After accidentally hitting him on the road, Elliott died and the Liars want to make sure that they could bury him without anyone else knowing.
In the sneak peek released by Freeform for "Hit and Run, Run, Run," Mona could be seen talking to Aria, Hanna, Emily and Spencer.
Even though what she's saying is practically inaudible, it seemed as though Mona has a plan that she wants to suggest to her former schoolmates.
Unfortunately, only time could tell whether or not Mona can really be trusted especially now that Jenna (Tammin Sursok) is officially back in Rosewood.
Mona and Jenna don't have a peaceful relationship. In fact, they have been feuding throughout their entire stint in high school.
Meanwhile, executive producer Marlene King recently revealed that they have already started filming for the second half of "Pretty Little Liars" season 7.
On her Twitter account, the exec also shared a series of photos from the set that will be featured in the midseason finale in the next couple of weeks.
"Pretty Little Liars" season 7, episode 4 will air on Freeform on July 13 at 8 p.m. ET.
