Park Shin Hye thanks 2PM's Taecyeon, Chinese fans for sending food trucks to SBS's 'Doctors' drama set

Park Shin Hye, 26, expressed his deep gratitude to 2PM's Taecyeon and her Chinese fans that banded together to send food and coffee trucks on the set of the actress' currently airing drama, "Doctors."

Park shared his gratefulness to Taecyeon and her Chinese fans, by uploading a collage photo on her Instagram account on July 15, Friday. It was then learned that the former sent a churro and coffee truck, along with an encouraging word that says, "Shin Hye, it's hot but eat this and gain energy! 'Doctor Yoo Hae Jung,' keep me *crying noises*."

"Is today my special day or something! " she wrote. "Following the fans' food gift, 'Three Meals A Day' Ok Sung Bong family [member] Taecyeon Oppa's coffee truck! Churros! Right now, it's drizzling here on set, and it reminds me of the corn we picked while standing in the rain. Thank you, Oppa! Fighting 'Bring It On, Ghost'."

The two stars previously appeared on tvN's reality cooking show, "Three Meals A Day." Park and Taecyeon shared sweet moments during the 17th episode of the show, which aired on Sept. 4, 2015. They also showed off their adorable friendship.

In a separate post, Park also expressed gratitude toward her Chinese fans who provided meals for the entire cast and crew of "Doctors." She assured them that she will definitely enjoy the food and gain more strength in order to film, while adding a final hashtag that says, "Diet will start tomorrow instead."

On tvN's "The List," Park ranked third among stars who accomplished significant weight loss. It was then revealed that she only ate two meals a day and abstained from eating anything after 6:00 PM (KST).

In order to achieve her ideal weight, Park cycles two to three times a week and works out regularly, including an advanced dance workout, The Kpop Herald reported. She only eats cucumber or cabbage whenever she feels hungry.

"I've lost a lot of baby fat," All Kpop quoted Park as saying during "V's" live podcast on June 8. "My actual weight is not much different."

Meanwhile, Park currently stars on SBS's "Doctors" along with Kim Rae Won, 35. It airs every Mondays and Tuesdays at 10:00 PM (KST). Check out the drama's latest episode below:
