Samsung Galaxy Note 7 updates: Galaxy S7 Edge, Galaxy S7, Sony Xperia Z5 Premium are best smartphones to play Pokemon Go

The electronics company Samsung will release Galaxy Note 7 on August 2, 2016.

Some of the rumored features of the Note 7 include USB Type-C port, dual-edge display, Qualcomm Snapdragon 821, Exynos 8893 SoCs, 6GB of RAM, 12-megapixel rear camera and 5-megapixel front camera, The Verge reported.

According to many reports, the Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge and Galaxy S7 accounted for higher sales than the iPhone 6s. The iPhone 6s smartphone accounted for 14.6% and the Samsung smartphone accounted for 16%, BGR reported.

The Galaxy S7 Edge smartphone was released in February this year. The Samsung device sports a 5.5-inch touchscreen with a resolution of 1440 x 2560 pixels.

The S7 Edge has 4GB of RAM and is powered by 1.6GHz octa-core. It has 32GB of internal storage and a 3600mAh non removable battery.

On the other hand, the iPhone 6s smartphone was released in September 2015 and sports a 4.70-inch screen with a resolution of 750 x 1334 pixels.

The Apple smartphone is powered by A9 chipset. The iPhone 6s has 16GB of internal storage and runs iOS 9. In addition, the device has a 1715mAh non removable battery.

Meanwhile, the best smartphones to play the hit game Pokemon Go are the ones with the biggest battery.

Players should use the power saving features built-in to Android Marshmallow as much as possible together with the game's built-in battery saving feature.

They should also pay attention to their screen when selecting a Pokemon Smartphone. Gamers will need a screen that has a high contrast and is bright so that they can make out the details when they are out in the strong sun.

An AMOLED screen offers more vibrant color and increased contrast over an LCD screen. Gamers should also look at the location services built into their device. GPS is one such system they can use.

The GLONASS location system is faster than GPS and offers extra accuracy. Several smartphones have both systems built-in.

Therefore, players should look for a smartphone that has GLONASS together with GPS, offers a big battery and runs the newest Android version.

Smartphones such as the Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge, Galaxy S7 and Sony Xperia Z5 Premium meet these requirements. Also, all these devices have GLONASS support.
