According to Polygon, Atlus has recently hosted a livestream for their video game and it has revealed a lot of gameplay footage. It has also given the fans the idea of what the protagonist does in his day-to-day life, and how he and his friends battle against enemies in a scene of their battles. Some of the activities that the Phantom Thieves do to get stat boosts are going to a public bath, and crossword puzzles.

The footage featured more fun activities that the protagonist and the party members could do in the game. Players could visit different cafes, make their characters train their hand-to-hand combat skills, and even go to the movies, which is for a date.

The video game has a new feature that will give advantage to the team is its crafting system. The players are able to craft their own items to add additional damage or give it status effects. The new footage has also revealed the different poses for the characters when they perform their finishing moves.

According to Gematsu, the video game's premium event was held at the Tokyo National Museum. It was live streamed through the Japanese streaming website Niconico. It has also hosted a takeover advertising campaign for the premium event that showed the protagonist, and the recently revealed party member Goro Akechi.

The official website of the game has also been updated recently after the premium event was launched. The front page now has a countdown timer and it also has seven mini countdown timers for each announcement. The mini countdown timers represent seven new announcements that the game company has teased previously.

The anticipated video game will be launched in Japan on September, but it will not be coming to North America until February 14, 2017. It has no European release date for now, but it was reported recently by the publication that the game company has signed a publishing deal with European game company Deep Silver. This deal was done to get their games launched in Europe as well.
