Actors Faye Marsay, Nathalie Emmanuel and Sophie Turner; and (top row L-R) John Bradley, Isaac Hempstead Wright, Iwan Rheon, Conleth Hill, Liam Cunningham, and Kristian Nairn attend the 'Game of Thrones' panel during Comic-Con International 2016.

In the realm of "Game of Thrones," everyone lives by the saying "all men must die." Indeed, the show has mercilessly checked off one character after another since Season 1, and even seemingly unbreakable fan favorites are not spared. Next year's "Game of Thrones" Season 7 may have one of the most memorable kills in TV history: current Queen of Westeros Cersei Lannister.

If fans could have it, they would love to see Cersei survive 'til the end, despite her cruel and cold demeanor. After years of manipulation and scheming to hold on to power, she finally ascended to the throne following the death of her last remaining son Tommen. However, it appears that the end may be near for her majesty.

A prophecy about Cersei was revealed in "Game of Thrones" Season 5, accurately predicting that deaths of all her children. According to The Daily Beast, the seer also posited that one of her siblings will "wrap his hands around [her] pale white throat and choke the life from [her]." Popular theory suggests that Jamie will be the one to end Cersei's life and reign.

Both Jamie and Tyrion are younger than Cersei, but all bets are on Jamie to pull the trigger in "Game of Thrones" Season 7.

Actor Nickolaj Coster-Waldau said that Jamie is in shock after learning about what Cersei has done. Having killed Mad King Aerys to save King's Landing, he finds it unbelievable that his sister was the one who ignited the wildfire and blew up the parts of the city.

"The woman you love has turned into this seemingly mad woman. If you were a couples counselor, you would tell him to maybe reconsider this relationship," Waldau told The New York Times. "On a scale of 1 to 100, with 100 being this is the moment when you have to leave, I think we are at 99.9."

Looking at the bigger picture, Tyrion is busy strategizing as Daenerys' right hand and trusted advisor. Meanwhile, Jamie still has pent up feelings over Tommen's suicide and he's in closer proximity to Cersei, giving him ample opportunity to go in for the kill.

Even Lena Headey revealed that Cersei's reign will not be long and that she will die at the hands of the "right person." As to who that may be, she said that it might be Arya or Tyrion.

So how will Cersei's fate turn out? Find out when "Game of Thrones" Season 7 premieres in 2017.
