Set for launching on Aug. 1, the "Listen to My Story" album of Oh My Girl already had teaser images released through the group's official Facebook account. The new album will include revamp of several songs like the 2000 hit song "Listen to Me" of Papaya.
It can be seen on the teaser images released the girls are having pretty much fun on the pool and other summer-related locations like green fields and resorts. Other members of the group were also captured holding flowers and enjoying the moment as sun rays basks into them. A single image where all the members are present was also released, with all of them riding on a floater while enjoying the pool.
The all-girl group only debuted last year but already gained a lot of international followers. Their first hit song is "Windy Day" from their third mini album which appeared on both local and international markets. Other songs from their March release included "Liar Liar" and "Summer Special."
The group's upcoming concert is scheduled on Aug. 20 and 21, with concert tickets already sold out. It has been reported that the group's concert tickets were sold out minutes after it became available and the group now holds as the fastest sold-out concert of a new comer.
WM Entertainment was very thankful for fans who signified support for the rookie group. They also said that this will be an opportunity for Oh My Girl to showcase their new and improved look. The eight act of the all-girl group will be held at the Blue Samsung Card Hall.
Meanwhile, "Listen to My Story" is already available on pre-order, and will be uploaded to local music stores by Aug. 1, Kpop Herald reported. It has also been reported that the group is collaborating with Reggae duo, Skull and Haha, according to Soompi via Naver. The duo will be recording alongside Oh My Girl and will be taking the rap part of the first single of the all-girl group's new album.
